All orders that you place on our website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms & conditions. These terms may be amended at any time by Red 5 Metals. They may also be extended to include other conditions applicable to specific goods or services offered by Red 5 Metals from time to time. It is your responsibility to read these terms & conditions every time you place an order. Red 5 Metals reserves the right at its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to remove, amend, or vary the content, which appears on any page of the website.
We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
Description of Goods
All images, descriptive matter, specifications, and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods.
Accuracy of Product Information
All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturer's, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of red5metals.com.au is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, red5metals.com.au cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason, we will not charge you for these and we will refund any payment already made for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
If you realise you have placed an order that is incorrect, then please call us immediately on (07) 3341 4939 during our office working hours so that we can attempt to cancel it before it is cut and despatched. However, due to our quick delivery lead-times, we are unable to guarantee this.
Delivery/Shipping
Red 5 Metals delivers Australia wide via Australia post and various courier services and shipping charges are based on the weight of each order as follows:
Up to 500g = $11.95
500g to 1kg = $15.95
1kg to 3kg = $19.95
3kg to 5kg = $23.85
Over 5kg = $5 per every additional kilo
Delivery of products will normally be made within 3-5 working days from clearance of payment. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. All prices include gst.
