Yes. We offer a bespoke cutting service. Every time you buy from Red 5 Metals you will be asked to enter a custom length to suit your requirements.
No. We do not have a minimum order charge.
Delivery charges will vary depending on the weight of each order. All delivery charges will be quoted at the time of order placement. For more information, please refer to our terms & conditions page.
Order times will vary for each customer and can be impacted by a number of factors, including the amount of cutting services required, stock availability and quantity.
We do not offer refunds as our products are custom made to suit your order. In the event that your product is received and is damaged, the customer may return it and the responsibility for postage costs sits with the customer. If the product is deemed faulty, Red 5 Metals will be happy to resupply the exact same product at no further cost.
